I met Martin in 2009 while working in Marketing with Acacia Africa, and he taught me so much while always bringing joy and laughter to every meeting - often with a vuvuzela and football in hand after the 2010 World Cup! Martin will be forever missed. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I first met Martin in 1998 when he was the Manager of a travel agency in London. It was the start of a wonderful friendship & more. We shared many crazy fun times & adventures together.
He was a real party animal, very sociable, young at heart, caring & hard working.
I have many happy memories which will last forever.
On Friday I will travel to London to meet up with some of Martin's UK Fan Club & raise a few glasses of red to a very special friend.
RIP xx

Martin loved his music and occasionally spoke of his younger days in a band.
Since returning home Martin stayed in touch and always came across as positive as ever.

I shall remember Martin as a good man. He was honest, conscientious, and trustworthy. He was someone who would give a h

Dear Martin,

We were colleagues at Acacia for 12 years. It was always great fun to have you around. Very little got you down. You were always personally supportive and I will forever remember you with fondness.
